When you log in with Sugar CRM first time the app is installed on your Sugar CRM account. This process is secured with OAuth2 and follows guidelines defined by Sugar CRM.

We store your Sugar CRM user id and company id along with secure token which is used to integrate the app with your Sugar CRM account.

As soon as the app is installed, it will create a new field called "Echobot ID" in Sugar CRM contact and company. This will be used to store Echobot object id.

A new Action Panel will be available in Sugar CRM Company view. Using this action you will be able to search Company in Echobot.

This app will provide you a preview where you will be able to compare what is coming from Echobot and what is in Sugar CRM. Then based on your choice App will make api call and create or update object in Sugar CRM.
