When you log in with pipedrive first time the app is installed on your pipedrive account. This process is secured with OAuth2 and follows guidelines defined by pipedrive.

We store your pipedrive user id and company id along with secure token which is used to integrate the app with your pipedrive account.

As soon as the app is installed, it will create a new field called "Echobot ID" in Pipedrive person and organization. This will be used to store Echobot object id.

A new Organization action will be available in pipedrive organization view. Using this action you will be able to search organization in Echobot.

This app will provide you a preview where you will be able to compare what is coming from Echobot and what is in pipedrive. Then based on your choice App will make api call and create or update object in Pipedrive.
